Secrets Part 2

If a secret is not a secret but only being kept secret from one person..  is it really a secret or does this mean something else?

If a secret is no longer a secret but it's only being kept from one particular person or a group of persons. This could be defined as social bullying and sociological character assassination. This is not a secret but is a psychologically destructive activity, aimed at demonstrating how to use information, which is power, as a weapon aimed at a particular target.

Alienating one person in particular by subjecting this person to abuse by encouraging even incentivising persons to taunt this person with secrets. That they seem bound to keep; but still share some small clues and hidden information enough to spark the curiosity and further exacerbate the effects on the victim of the social abuse.

Highlighting to them that person's are enjoying the bond of this shared information, that does in fact somehow connect directly to the "victim".

Adding further to the frustration, exacerbating the situation by teasing the person with clues and hints but not revealing anything substantial enough to provide adequate proof of anything.

When this situation and behaviour is repeated over and over again, often times by persons with little to be proud of themselves. At the best it can be irritating and obstructive, in the long term the effects of this is to reduce moral self-confidence and socially stigmatize this person.

At least within some of the social groups, that appear to be the majority, in most cases who enjoy laughing at the expense of others.
